Reservation Policy

 

A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of reservation and Thistledown Lodge reserves the right to pre-authorise the card to the amount equivalent to your stay (before or after). Please note some rates are non-refundable and in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be deducted from your card. Advance purchase bookings; 25% of payment will be taken at the time of reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Child policy: We welcome children aged 7 years and up.

 

No pets please.

 

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in will be from 3:00pm.  Check-out is 11:00am.

We will do our very best to fulfil any special requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.

All rates are quoted subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to a minimum night’s stay.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Thistledown Lodge does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, Thistledown Lodge has a strict policy of 48 hours’ notice.

In the event of a cancellation, the booking deposit, if applicable, cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Cancellations 48 hours before check-in incur no charges for the balance. Any other cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the value of the booking. Group reservations or long stays for 4 nights or more require 5 nights cancellation notice.
