Looking to loose stubborn body fat, change diet, develop lean muscle, or simply improve your flexibility and stamina? Our Trainer Martin has more than 10 years of experience, Level 3 Fitness Certification and a real passion for coaching people from beginner to advanced level. We can help you achieve your goals and make sure you get the very best from your personal training experience. Our one on one programs are tailored to your personal requirements, with wellness and nutrition coaching included as standard. Your personal exercise regime will include flexibility, strength, balance, core and cardio training. Are you ready to push through the barriers holding you back from loving your body and feeling good in your skin? Good to know : * Each session lasts 60min * Outdoor facilities (weather permitting) * All equipment is included, however it is recommended to bring your own towel and gym gloves. * Restroom facilities available.
