Service Description
Choose from Pilates, HIIT, Circuit Training, Boxing, TRX or Flexibility Training. Pilates - a mind-body exercise that promotes core stability, strength, flexibility, posture, and breath control. HIIT - High-Intensity Interval Training, is a cardio workout method that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and short periods of rest or lower-intensity activity Circuit Training - a workout that involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body Boxing - involves a range of activities focused on developing punching power and footwork, excellent mix of high energy cardio and strengthening. TRX - suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously Flexibility Training – Improves the range of motion of your joints through activities like stretching and other exercises. It involves elongating muscles and tendons to increase their elasticity and improve movement. Each class lasts 60min, all equipment is provided.
